5. Returns and Refunds

1. সাধারণ শর্ত

এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে এই শর্তগুলো ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।

2. প্রোডাক্ট ও দাম

আমরা সর্বদা প্রোডাক্টের তথ্য, ছবি ও দামের সঠিকতা বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে কোনো ভুল বা পরিবর্তন হলে আমরা যেকোনো সময় সংশোধনের অধিকার রাখি।

3. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

  • অর্ডার করার পর আপনাকে ফোন/মেসেজের মাধ্যমে কনফার্ম করা হবে।

  • আমরা Cash on Delivery (COD) এবং অন্য পেমেন্ট মেথড গ্রহণ করি (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)।

  • অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর কাস্টমারকে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

4. ডেলিভারি

  • ডেলিভারির সময় ও খরচ লোকেশন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

  • কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির কারণে দেরি হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

5. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

  • প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

  • ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন নেয়া হবে না।

6. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

  • সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।

  • ভুল তথ্য দিলে ডেলিভারি সমস্যা বা অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

7. দায়সীমা (Limitation of Liability)

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের কারণে কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায়ভার আমরা নেব না।
